Is it a type of ‘celery’?
Is it a ‘celery eater’?
Is it a ‘celery seasoning’?
What the heck is a ‘Celiac’?!!
ANSWER: A ‘Celiac’ is person who has been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, which is a severe intolerance to GLUTEN!
Celiac Disease is a disorder that results in damage to the lining of the small intestine when foods with gluten are eaten.
What’s gluten? Well, that’s a good question … read this post.
Many people are beginning to realize that gluten may be the culprit. It’s a protein component present in wheat, barley, rye and some oats, if the oats are processed in a facility that also processes wheat, barley and rye.
We recommend that you read two books in particular as you begin to investigate further … Wheat Belly and Eat Right For Your Blood Type.
