This cake was a delightful surprise! It’s easy to make, in the attractive ring style of the bundt pan, and it’s moist, not overly sweet, the apple and cinnamon convey very nicely together. Oh, and the honey glaze was a really nice touch, a pleasant taste surprise. Great job Uncle Bob!
